- 6-week program, from $4,800: weekly group sessions with optional one-on-one sessions for staff
- Group hypnosis session for 4 to 10 people: $75 per person, such as a smoke-free and vape-free group

- A quiet room with enough chairs for everyone (no special equipment needed)

Do you offer corporate wellness workshops near me?
Yes. We bring on-site workshops to businesses throughout Riverside and Orange counties, including Corona, Riverside, Eastvale, Temecula, Anaheim and Irvine, and travel anywhere in California, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, Fresno, Sacramento and the Bay Area. We also travel out of state for conferences, retreats and corporate events.
Is there a travel fee?
Travel within Riverside and Orange counties is included. For other parts of California a travel fee may apply, and for out-of-state events travel and lodging fees apply. All travel costs are listed in your written quote.
How many people can attend an on-site workshop?
Lunch-and-learn workshops are designed for up to about 30 people, and group hypnosis sessions for 4 to 10. For larger groups or conferences, we will tailor the format to your audience.
What does group hypnosis feel like for employees?
Most people describe it as a deeply relaxing, guided break. Everyone stays aware and in control, and anyone can simply listen or step out at any time.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to four weeks is ideal. Contact us for shorter timelines and we will do our best to fit you in.
