MINDSHIFT HYPNOSIS + LIFE COACHING

What to Expect

Trying hypnotherapy for the first time? Here is what your first session looks like, plus answers to the questions we hear most often.

Your First Session, Step by Step

01

Reach out

Call, text, or send us a message. We will answer your questions and find a time that works, in Corona, Riverside, or online.

02

Talk about your goals

We start by getting to know you: what brings you in, what you would like to change, and what has or has not worked before.

03

Experience hypnosis

You will be guided into a relaxed, focused state. You stay aware and in control the whole time, and you can pause or stop whenever you like.

04

Leave with a plan

We talk about how the session felt, share tools you can practice between visits, and agree on next steps together.
